The sturdy pallet truck with a weighing function is the perfect solution for simple and more complex weighing operations at different locations. It saves time and shortens transport routes. The total capacity of 2500 kg, divided into 500 g increments, enables precise weight measurement at any lifting height. The pallet truck scale quickly becomes indispensable as a mobile scale, especially in warehouses, production and dispatch. It helps to check incoming goods, determines shipping weights or prevents overloading. The pallet truck with scales is easy to use and handle. It is no longer necessary to remove the pallets from the pallet truck for the weighing process - simply lift them up and check the weight.

The pallet truck with scales is operated via the fanless, PC-based weighing terminal. This has a capacitive multi-touch screen and is equipped with a solid state disc (SSD). The system is therefore less susceptible to errors and can also be used under vibration. This means you get a rugged weighing PC system that can also be used in harsh industrial environments without problems.The intuitive and configurable software that comes with the system provides all data at a glance. The determined weight data can be stored in ERP systems via WLAN using a CSV file or transferred to an SQL database.

The weighing pallet truck will be shipped fully assembled and adjusted.

Power supply and interfaces

A powerful rechargeable battery system with 3 Makita rechargeable batteries (18V 5Ah incl. charger) guarantees a continuous power supply to the scale and the PC during mobile use.

Mobile Waage - Wägetechnik 

Four high-quality load cells which are integrated into the pallet truck base frame ensure maximum precision. These IP68 load cells are laser-welded. 

Construction

Special attention was paid to the chassis of the weighing pallet truck. A multi-reinforced, impact-resistant frame made of powder-coated steel gives this weighing pallet truck maximum robustness and stability. A sealed compact hydraulic system has been installed in the frame, which is housed in a break-resistant steel casing. Bosche pallet truck scales have tandem rollers as standard for better manoeuvring over thresholds and obstacles.

The 210° steering angle ensures easy manoeuvring.
The pallet truck scale has a quick lift that can be activated using the plastic-covered ergonomic tiller handle.
