The flat- bed scales Bosche DSI series are versatile. The low profile scales have a small ramp for easy sail the balance. As standard, the balance is delivered space with a ramp. Here, optionally, at the other end of the scale, a cross-over backup to be instaled which run over the the scale prevented. A second optional ramp allows a complete driving through the material to be weighed. Especially for weight determination of small mobile containers this platform scale is ideal. Avoid the raised edges of the weighing platform sliding down of the sample. The combination of the weighing platform with the balance display MWI is intended for advanced weighing applications in verifiable and non-verifiable area. Use the numeric keypad, a tare weight (known weight of roll containers) can be entered, so the scale only shows the actual weight

Installation

Basically, there are 2 design versions:
Weighing platform with 1 ramp: particularly space-saving, suitable for weighing applications where the object should only be moved up and down. To prevent a drive through, can be ordered optionally a drive-limiting.
Weighing platform with 2 ramps: suitable for weighing applications, where a passage through is necessary.

Weighing technology - Functions

The platforms are equipped with four high-quality load cells. The display device MWI with large 50 mm display is responsible for the clear weight determination and summing the weighing results. The tare is executed over the entire measurement range.

Power supply and interfaces

The platform scale is supplied as standard for network operation (power cord included). The optional rechargeable battery allows a self-powered weighing. The RS 232 interface allows a bidirectional data transfer of weight data to a PC, printer or remote display. Transmission cable , external auxiliary display (suitable for sale to the public) or printers are available as accessories.

Construction

The weighing platform is made ​​of powder coated steel. As with all Bosche scales here all the cables of the load cells are protected inside of frame . The scale platform is connected to a 5 m long ( with non approved a longer cable connection is possible) scale cable to the display . The balance display is also separable for certified scales of the platform. This saves costs with change of damaged cable as a recalibration is not necessary. The weighing terminal has a standard desk / wall mount. A tripod is available as an option .

Platform size : The floor scales from the Bosche range are available in different sizes and weighing platform capacity.
Standard size: 1000 x 1500 mm.
Weighing capacity: 600 kg

Special scales with another weighing range or a larger platform are available on request.
