Calibration preparation and presentation for calibration
The calibration of scales is required by the state in areas where consumer protection and fair competition are of particular importance. In contrast to calibration, you can only calibrate those scales that are "verifiable" through an official calibration approval.

Repair of scales
If your scale no longer works correctly or has a defect, we are at your side with our many years of experience and expertise. Our trained technicians carry out a professional and professional repair to restore the functionality of your scale and then create a corresponding test report for documentation. If you wish, we can also carry out any necessary DAkkS calibration for you.

Calibration service according to DAkkS
Like calibration, calibration with traceable weights also determines the accuracy of the scale. While there are fixed error limits during calibration that must not be exceeded, the error is displayed during calibration with a test report. For all areas that are not subject to calibration, calibration with a test report is a cost-effective alternative to achieve correct weighing results.

Scale Manufacturing
A scale is a measuring device used to determine a physical quantity, mass. Precision is crucial in scale manufacturing, which can only be ensured by adhering to the highest quality standards. Scale manufacturing includes various weighing systems, categorized into accuracy classes. The accuracy class indicates the maximum expected deviation (of the measured value) relative to the actual weight of the object being weighed. Scales, like measuring devices, are subject to technical minimum requirements regarding accuracy, governed by calibration law. In this case, scale manufacturing involves meeting high accuracy requirements, easy product handling (the scale), and high demands for quality and calibration compliance.
