What are calibrated scales?

Calibrated scales are measuring devices that are calibrated and capable of being calibrated. Calibration is carried out directly in the factory by the manufacturer's initial calibration. Recalibration by one of the German calibration offices is therefore unproblematic, as all legal requirements are met.
