Product information "Connection box for load cells JBD"

The JBD junction box is designed for the parallel connection of up to four analog load cells or force sensors in industrial weighing applications. The robust junction box detects up to four passive input signals (mV/V) and serves as a summing module for 4-wire load cells.

The high-quality aluminum housing with integrated pressure compensation membrane features IP67 protection and thus provides optimal protection even under demanding operating conditions.

The load cells are connected via four 7/8" plugs. An additional 7/8" connector allows direct connection to the corresponding scale electronics. These high-quality and robust connectors ensure particularly simple and reliable installation.

The comparatively large design of the 7/8" connectors, compared to many other cables, significantly simplifies installation and maintenance. This makes them clearly different from solutions where open cable ends need to be laboriously connected to terminal blocks. Installation time is thus significantly reduced.
