Crane scale with an especially robust design and high capacity for industrial weighing – simple, reliable, and suitable for commercial warehouses and the harshest environments.
Thanks to the double safety system, it can lift, weigh and move the suspended load and can be permanently installed on the lifting system.
Its extremely low overall height guarantees a minimal space requirement. Prepared for mounting with upper shackle and lower hook (optional). Supplied with a test certificate carried out with test weights for versions up to 15,000 kg weighing range; for higher capacities, the certificate is available on request. Versions for internal use and as legal-for-trade models (CE-M) are available.
These crane scales are manufactured in compliance with European safety regulations for lifting equipment: 2006/42 CE; UNI EN 13155/2009; UNI EN 13889; 2014/30/EU. Safety is ensured by the load cell (safety factor K5 – breaking load five times higher than its nominal capacity) and by the specially reinforced support structure. The components used in the production of the crane scales are checked by an experienced and competent team. Our load cells are subjected to rigorous safety tests. The crane scale is not designed for general goods handling and transport.

Features of the KDH crane scale
- Double safety system for permanent installation in the lifting system; recommended for lifting and moving the suspended load.
- Display with red 40 mm LEDs;
- Splash-proof keypad with 5 keys: ZERO, AUTOMATIC TARE, MODE, PRINT and ON/OFF;
- Plexiglas protection for display and keypad
- Configurable operating modes: PEAK (maximum displayed value), HOLD (hold function for the weighed value), weight summation.
- Accuracy: +/- 0.03% of full scale (v.e.)
- Extremely robust construction in painted steel sheet (heat treated), with protection class IP67 (dust and moisture).
- Weight: 86 kg, with packaging 103 kg
- Radio remote control as standard with 6 keys, 433 MHz, range up to 50 m. Can be configured by the customer as tare subtraction or as a remote keypad.
- Digital setup and calibration using a sample weight; directly adjustable via keypad.
- Operating temperature: -10/+80 ºC with heat-shield option (-10/+40 ºC for CE-M verified model)
- Programmable digital filter and automatic switch-off (battery saving mode)
- Long-life, rechargeable and removable battery (operating time approx. 60 hours), mains adapter 230 VAC 50 Hz included as standard
