Product information "F2 Singleweight stainless steel"
Fine weight made of finely turned stainless steel.
Fine weights of the F2 class are suitable as adjusting, test and calibration weights for precision scales (class II) and for quality assurance according to DIN EN ISO 9001ff for scales with a graduation < 100 000.
These weights are used for calibration and verification of weights of the lower classes M1 - M3. They are also suitable as load bodies for simulating very precise tensile or compressive forces.
Weights from 1 g to 20 g do not have an adjustment chamber. From a weight of 50 g, the adjustment chambers are closed with a secure plug, which can be opened if necessary to make additional adjustments.
Features F2 Fine weight
- Single button weight with adjustment chamber
- OIML class: F2
- complies with Directive R111:2004 for weights
- Nominal value: 1 g - 20,000 g
- Material: Polished stainless steel
- Design: Knob shape with adjustment chamber
- Optional: DAkkS test certificate
Note on storing weights of classes E and F
Please note that individual weights and weight sets must be stored protected against wear or damage caused by impacts or shocks in accordance with DIN 8127-2007-11-OIML R 111-12004 (Chapter 14.2.1). This ensures that the precision and accuracy of the weights is maintained in the long term.
Due to the very precise weight class, we strongly recommend a case for this weight.
Please order this separately for individual weights.
Versions - F2 single weight, fine weight in stainless steel
n order for a weight to be considered ISO 9000ff compliant test equipment, its accuracy must be verified. This is possible by means of a suitable DAkkS calibration certificate, which you can order from us accordingly.
