Description

Product information "M1 Heavy-Duty Weight, Painted Steel"

Heavy-duty test weight made of coated steel.

Stackable test weights made of class M1 steel for testing or verifying trade scales (class III) or scales (with a scale interval < 30,000) with a capacity of several tonnes.
These heavy-duty test weights are also used as calibration weights for the verification of class III scales. In addition, these heavy-duty test weights are used in load tests for safety inspections (UVV) during crane acceptance or elevator inspections to determine tensile and compressive forces in elevator construction.
Special lifting eyes allow the weights to be handled with a crane. The special design also makes transport by forklift remarkably easy, simplifying the handling of these heavy weights. The optimised geometry allows space-saving stacking and prevents shifting during storage and transport. The Euro-pallet-compatible format ensures optimal use of storage and transport capacity.

Traceability & Calibration

For a weight to qualify as an ISO 9000ff-compliant test instrument, its accuracy must be verified. This can be confirmed with a corresponding DAkkS calibration certificate, which you can order from us.
