Platform checkweigher HI-LO-GO
The digital platform scale TP-S was specially developed as a static checkweigher for daily use in industry and trade. Whether small or large components or bulky items – thanks to the detachable scale indicator these are no problem. Weighing almost any item within the rated capacity is possible.
The combination of the weighing platform with the checkweigher indicator is intended for weighing applications in the legal-for-trade range (indicator MSI) and the non-legal-for-trade range (indicator GTS).
Thanks to the convenient keys, even untrained personnel can operate the scale very easily. Thanks to the two small auxiliary displays, the required quantity as well as the piece weight can be read off. Another advantage is the HI-LO-GO function, which provides the operator with a visual and, if desired, acoustic signal when the set quantity is reached or in the event of an upper-limit violation.
Due to the lightweight design and the optionally available transport trolley, the platform scale can also be used as a mobile system.

Installation
The four rubber feet ensure safe and stable placement of the platform scale.
Adjustable leveling feet and the spirit level help with alignment of the scale.
The scale can be put into operation immediately after installation.
Optionally, the platform scale can be equipped with a transport trolley.
Power supply and interfaces
The platform scale is supplied as standard for mains operation (mains plug included). The optionally available rechargeable battery enables weighing independent of the mains supply.
The serial RS 232 data interface allows bidirectional data transfer of weight data to a PC, printer or remote display.
Connection cables, external remote display or printer are available as accessories.
Construction
The weighing plate is made of stainless steel with a robust substructure of high-quality die-cast aluminium. The force is introduced directly into a high-grade strain-gauge load cell.
The increased load capacity and stiffness extend the service life of the platform scale.
The weighing platform is connected to the indicator with a 1.8 m long cable.
Tabletop installation or wall mounting (with optional wall bracket) is also possible.
Platform size: 400 x 400 or 600 x 600 mm. A platform size manufactured individually according to customer requirements is also possible.
Weighing range: Standard 30 kg / 60 kg / 150 kg. Special scales with a different weighing range or a larger platform are available on request.
