The multifunctional FWK precision balance was specially developed for simple applications in laboratories, schools and industry. Fast-responding precision balance with a convenient operating concept and approval for verification. This verification-capable all-round balance can be used (when verified) as a spice scale or tea scale.
FWK precision balance as a tea scale
The FWK precision balance is ideal as a tea scale for accurately weighing loose tea, matcha or herbal blends. Thanks to the high readability from 0.01 g, even the smallest quantities can be determined reliably for precise dosing.

Easy setup and intuitive operation
The precision balance has a built-in level bubble, and four height-adjustable feet make it easy to set up the balance at different locations.
Thanks to its compact dimensions, the precision balance can be placed conveniently.
The user-friendly interface allows even inexperienced personnel and students to operate the FWK precision balance.
All main functions have their own button on the control panel.
Data transfer via RS-232 – PC and printer connection
The FWK precision balance features a serial RS-232 interface for data transfer to a PC or printer. A special RS-232 null modem interface cable is required for connection. For reliable and interference-free data transmission, the BOSCHE interface cable is recommended (optionally available).
Optionally, the counting scale can be combined with the DP dot matrix printer to print counting results and weight data directly. Alternatively, weighing data can be recorded and evaluated via a PC. In combination with the optional MiniScale Monitor software kit, measurement data can be conveniently visualized, documented and further processed.
Robust precision balance for daily use
Direct force transmission to a strain gauge load cell enables high resolution and highly precise weighing and counting.
A stainless steel platform combined with a robust plastic housing and a waterproof membrane keypad ensures optimal protection of the precision balance (IP54).
Platform sizes and draft shield
Precision balances up to 3000 g are equipped with a Ø 120 mm stainless steel platform. The 6000 g models feature a 155 x 145 mm platform.
The draft shield with removable lid is included with the round models. An opening in the lid allows easy pipetting.
