Right of rescission

The buyer can revoke his contractual declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email to info@bosche.eu) or by returning the goods, unless he has acted in the exercise of his commercial or self-employed professional activity (orders by entrepreneurs). The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods and this instruction. In addition, the withdrawal period does not begin before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information according to § 312d Para. 2 BGB in connection with Art. 246 §§ 2,1 Para. 1 and Para. 2 EGBGB. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in due time. The revocation must be sent to: BOSCHE GmbH & Co. KG | Reselager Rieden 3 | D-49401 Damme

You can also address the revocation to us via this withdrawal form.

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits derived (e.g., interest) are to be surrendered. If the buyer cannot return the received service in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, he may have to compensate us accordingly. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely attributable to their examination, as would have been possible in a retail store, for example. Furthermore, the buyer can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as his own property and refraining from doing anything that could impair their value. Items suitable for parcel shipping are to be returned at our risk preferably in the original packaging. Items not suitable for parcel shipping will be collected from the buyer. The buyer bears the cost of the return shipment, and unfree shipments will not be accepted.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or that are unsuitable for return due to their nature or that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed.

- Audio or video recordings or software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by you.

Information on the Battery Regulation:

In connection with the sale of batteries or rechargeable batteries or the delivery of devices containing batteries or rechargeable batteries, we are obliged to inform you according to the Battery Regulation as follows: Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. As an end user, you are legally obligated to return used batteries. You can return batteries after use to the point of sale or in its immediate vicinity (e.g., in local collection points or in retail). You can also return batteries to us by mail. Batteries or rechargeable batteries containing pollutants are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out waste bin, like the symbol next to it. The chemical designation of the pollutant is located near the waste bin symbol. "Cd" stands for cadmium, "Pb" for lead, and "Hg" for mercury.
