The drive-over scales of the Bosche RSI series are particularly space-saving. The integrated drive-on ramps facilitate the placement of rolling goods. This drive-over scale is particularly suitable for determining the weight of small mobile containers, e.g. in a laundry (wire box trolleys, container trolleys, trolleys on wheels or refuse bins). Often this scale is used for weighing laundry trolleys as a laundry scale. The lateral bumper edges can prevent the roll containers from falling down. The combination of the weighing platform with the simple scale display is intended for simple weighing applications in the legal-for-trade (scale display MWI-T) and non-legal-for-trade (scale display GTW-T) range. Intuitive operation is via the convenient push-button keypad, allowing easy operation even for inexperienced personnel. A tare weight (known weight of the roller container) can be entered via the numeric keypad so that the scale then displays the net weight.

Weighing technology- functions

Die Plattformen sind mit vier hochwertigen Wägezellen ausgestattet. 
Das Anzeigegerät MWI mit großem 50 mm Display ist für die übersichtliche Gewichtsfeststellung und das Summieren der Wägeergebnisse zuständig. Das Tarieren ist über den gesamten Messbereich ausführbar. 

Power supply and interfaces

the floor scale is supplied as standard for mains operation (mains plug included). The optionally available rechargeable battery allows for power-independent weighing.
The serial RS 232 data interface allows bidirectional data transfer of the weight data to a PC, printer or second display.
Transmission cable, external second display (suitable for open points of sale) or printer are available as accessories.

Construction

The extremely flat weighing bridge made of powder-coated steel is extraordinarily robust and non-slip. As a result, the scale surface is very low and can easily be driven over with a pallet truck. The four laser-welded load cells are located on the sides of the weighbridge. The short and flat ramps are integrated into the weighing surface. This enables manual loading of the scale with less effort. The extremely robust construction has an increased load capacity. Transport rollers and handle allow easy movement of the drive-through scale. The scale platform is connected to the scale display with a 5 m cable (a longer cable connection is possible for non-verifiable scales). The scale display can be disconnected from the platform even on legal-for-trade scales. This saves costs when changing damaged cables, as recalibration is not necessary. The indicator can be wall-mounted with a bracket or optionally supplied with a stand. With the two built-in transport rollers, the drive-through scale can be easily transported from one place to another. The indicator can be mounted on a wall with a standard bracket or placed on a table. A tripod is optionally available.

Platform size: The floor scales from the Bosche range are available in different platform sizes and weighing capacities.
Standard sizes (without ramps and side edges) 800 x 800 mm or 1000 x 1000 mm.
A platform size manufactured individually according to customer requirements is also possible.

Weighing range: 300 kg / 600 kg as standard.

Accessories

 USB data logger - You can store all weights recorded on the device along with details of the time and date. You can then transfer the values to a USB stick and easily evaluate and archive them on a Windows PC using a special software package. Transmission cables, remote large displays (suitable for direct sale to the public) or printers are available as accessories.
