In our online shop, you find a range of volume measuring systems using various techniques. On the one hand, we offer systems for measurement by light grid. On the other, we provide solutions with laser distance sensors. Every object is measured with an accuracy of 5 mm, which is much higher than can be achieved with manual measurement. Select a model that best suits the general size and weight of your parcels.
With light grid measurement, the parcel is transferred on a conveyor belt or by a moving frame through the light grid. At the same time, the volume scales record the weight. Together with the measured parcel volume, the volume weight of the object is determined. As the feed rate is adjustable, operators never lose control. The standard measuring range of our devices is 1000 mm x 1000 mm x 1500 mm, but can be extended to suit your specific requirements. Our volume scales with light grid are suitable for loads up to 100 kg and can process many different parcel sizes, so that the investment pays for itself within a very short time.
If most of your goods come in large cartons, we recommend investing in volume scales with laser distance sensors. In BOSCHE devices, these measuring instruments are equipped with laser class 1 units that do not pose any danger to the eyes. In contrast to light grid measuring systems, the parcel is placed by hand on the platform and the three laser sensors then measure its dimensions while the package is weighed. The weighing bridge is made in powder-coated steel for extra durability, and its flat construction makes parcel handling easy. Equipped with verifiable, laser-welded load cells, BOSCHE volume scales cater for loads from 30 to 60 kg and even up to 150 kg. Thanks to the adjustable feet, the scales can be quickly precision-levelled, so that they can be used even on surfaces that are not perfectly horizontal.
