The Pallet Scale for Mobile or Stationary Use
Thanks to two transport wheels and a handle, the pallet scale – part of the floor scale category – can be easily and flexibly placed at various locations. With a low self-weight of only 40 kg, even smaller individuals can transport the scale without issue.
Selecting a Pallet Scale
Before purchasing, you should determine which model best suits your needs. It's essential to identify the maximum load – also known as the weighing range – of the items to be weighed to avoid exceeding the maximum load of the pallet scale, which could result in inaccurate measurements. Standard models range from 600 to 3000 kg. You should also check whether your scale needs to be legal-for-trade. If so, make sure to choose a verifiable floor scale. Pallet scales must be verified if you buy or sell goods by weight. You should also select the indicator device based on your specific application.

A pallet scale is a U-shaped floor scale designed specifically for directly weighing pallets. It facilitates fast weighing by allowing entry with a pallet truck.
What is a Pallet Scale used for?
Pallet scales are mainly used for incoming goods inspection right at the loading dock. The U-frame is perfectly sized for Euro pallets, enabling you to determine unknown quantities or verify and pick known quantities. To count goods, you’ll need the ASP MC model. To weigh pallets, simply drive into the precise U-shape with a pallet truck, lower the pallet, read the weight – done.
On request, we can manufacture the U-frame from this range in custom dimensions, so that chemical pallets, mesh boxes, brick pallets, or other goods can be weighed quickly and easily at various locations.
Construction
An optional bumper guard can be ordered with the standard design to prevent damage or shifting of the scale.
An optional insert plate can also be ordered to allow weighing of smaller objects.
Material
Depending on your needs and application area, you can choose between stainless steel and powder-coated steel platforms for your pallet scales.
