Lifting tables with integrated scales

Our lifting tables are equipped with a scissor lift mechanism that allows for lifting to a precise height. Initially designed to lift heavy loads, lifting tables are extremely stable and thus widely used as workbenches with integrated weighing function. Lifting table scales are ideal for situations where an additional workplace is required, for example for the picking and packaging of goods. The tables are lifted and lowered hydraulically. BOSCHE offers both manually operated and motor-powered lifting mechanisms.

Ergonomically designed lifting table scales

BOSCHE lifting table scales are very sturdy devices that are equipped with a weighing system. When packing parts into a box placed on the lifting table scales, the parts and the consignment are automatically weighed during packaging so that there is no need to transfer the box onto separate scales. This is of particular advantage where heavy parts are being packed, as they only need to be taken up once. When the consignment is fully packed, it can be simply lowered to the ground or transferred onto a transport trolley. Similar to platform scales, the lifting table scales come with load cells that are fully integrated into the table top.

Lifting table scales are also very useful for stocktaking and other inventory work. Similar to counting scales, some of our models come with a counting function, doing away with time-consuming counting of parts in the warehouse. The weight of the respective part or a defined number of parts is stored in the scales memory. As parts are placed on the table, they are automatically counted and the total number of parts is displayed.

The relevant weights and counts can be transferred through a serial interface to a printer or PC from where they can be forwarded to the ERP system for further evaluation.

Conclusion

Lifting table scales can be individually adjusted in height and provide ergonomically designed workplaces in your warehouse or dispatch centre.
