Lifting table scales from BOSCHE

Lift tables are not only suitable for lifting heavy loads, they can also be used as a height-adjustable workstation. A lift table scale  also enables the directly weighing or counting of the placed parts and thus offers the right solution for many areas of application.Hydraulic-lift table-with-scale-HTWH

Lifting tables with integrated scales

Lift tables are equipped with a scissor mechanism, which enables height adjustment to the centimeter. Originally designed for lifting large loads, the practical tables have also become established as work tables with a weighing function thanks to their high stability. The tables are particularly useful in picking or shipping, where additional packing space is often required. The height adjustment works hydraulically, although in addition to the manually operated tables, models with motor drive are also available.

Ergonomic working with lifting table scales

Lift table scales  are based on this robust construction and are also equipped with a weighing device that can weigh the parts on the table directly during packing or picking, without the parts must be lifted separately onto a scale again. Especially with heavy parts, this combination of two work steps is a real relief and protects the health of the people who handle them. After processing, the lifting table scale up be lowered to the ground so that the parts on it can be pushed onto a transport trolley. Like a platform scale, this system works with load cells that are integrated into the lifting table.

Lifting tables with scales are also helpful for inventory work. Similar to counting scales, these models also have a counting function. This eliminates the need for incorrect counting of parts when inventorying goods. The weight of a part or a multiple is stored in the scale. All other parts that are now placed on the lifting table scale are added up by the scale and you get an exact counting result.

The weighing results can be easily transferred to a printer or a PC via a serial interface, where they can be transmitted to an inventory management system and evaluated.

Conclusion

Lifting table with scales can be individually adjusted in their working height and are ideal as an ergonomic workstation in warehouse or shipping.
