Right of Withdrawal

Note: This withdrawal policy applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Orders placed by entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB are not subject to a statutory consumer right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You may also submit your withdrawal declaration via our electronic withdrawal function: Withdraw from contract. After submitting your withdrawal declaration via the confirmation function, you will promptly receive confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, to:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Goods that cannot be returned by parcel post will be collected from you after prior arrangement. The direct costs of returning goods that cannot be returned by parcel post are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 250.00 for returns within Germany.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
