Our deliveries are often very individual, as many of our products have special dimensions and are sent by freight forwarder. Therefore, we cannot offer automatic shipment tracking for these special deliveries.
Exceptions: Smaller shipments (packages or parcels up to 31.5 kg) are sent with GLS. In these cases, you will receive an automatic email from GLS to the email address you provided when ordering. This email contains tracking information.
