Welcome to our maintenance and repair service for scales
Our service includes the professional maintenance and repair of various industrial scales and weighing technology solutions. As officially recognized repairers (§ 54 of the Measuring and Verification Ordinance MessEV), we are authorized to carry out repairs on calibrated scales. We then issue the required repair notification and send it directly to the responsible calibration authority to ensure that the scale continues to comply with the legal regulations.

Before you send your device in for inspection and subsequent repair, please contact our customer service first. Then please download our 
repair certificate as PDF, fill it out completely and enclose it with the well-padded goods. This enables us to process your repair request quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your help!
Repair of scales
If your scale no longer works correctly or has a defect, we are at your side with our many years of experience and expertise. Our trained technicians carry out a professional and professional repair to restore the functionality of your scale and then create a corresponding test report for documentation. If you wish, we can also carry out any necessary calibration according to DAkkS.
Repair of the scale if the calibration mark / seal is broken
If the calibration mark is broken or the calibration seal is damaged, the calibration of the balance will be void. In such cases, we will ensure professional repairs to restore the integrity of the calibration and the balance to prepare for the legally valid deployment.
Recalibration
After any maintenance or repair, the responsible calibration office will be informed. Our trained employees will carry out the necessary measures to ensure that your scale complies with the legal calibration regulations again and delivers accurate measurement results.< /p>

After successful repairs, your scales will receive our official repairer's mark. This symbol proves that the scale was repaired by an approved and competent specialist company and meets the legal requirements.
Influence on the calibration period due to an intervention (repair)
An intervention in the scale, such as a repair, can have an impact on the calibration period. The calibration period indicates how long the calibration of a scale is valid. A repair may void the calibration period, meaning the scale may no longer be used for commercial or public purposes.
