Printer for scales

Printers that are suitable for operation with scales are often referred to as scale printers or measurement printers. For data communication, most scales use the RS-232 serial interface as the transmission standard. Therefore, printer, PC or remote display should support this standard. When choosing a printer for your scale, you should make sure that the printer is compatible. Because not every printer can be connected to a scale “just like that.”

In this category you will find compatible scale printers that are designed for easy communication with our scales.

What can the scale printer do?

Possible settings:

- In the scale menu The interface parameters can be set (bits/second, data bits, stop bits and parity).

- Transfer mode: transfer of data at the push of a button on the scale "Print", continuous transfer, automatic (one-off) transfer when the weighing value is stable (if necessary only after return to zero point) .

- Data format: Scope of the information transferred (e.g. net weight, gross weight, unit of measure used, date, time, serial number, etc.).
