Calibratable crane scales KDH

Crane scale of particularly robust construction with high capacity for industrial weighing, simple, reliable, suitable for commercial warehouses and the most adverse environments.
Thanks to the double safety system, they can lift, weigh and move the suspended load and can be permanently installed on the lifting system.
They are extremely compact in height and guarantee minimum space requirements. Prepared for the installation of upper connection ring and lower hook (optional). Supplied with a test certificate carried out with test weights for versions up to 15,000 Kg weighing capacity; for higher capacities the certificate is available on request. Versions available for internal use and in legal for trade (CE-M).
These crane scales are manufactured in compliance with European legislation safety standards for lifting equipment: 2006/42 CE; UNI EN 13155/2009; UNI EN 13889; 2014/30/EU. The safety is determined by the load cell (safety factor K5 - breaking load 5 times higher than its nominal load) and by the particularly reinforced support structure. The components used in the production of the crane scales are checked by an experienced and competent team. Our load cells are subjected to strict safety tests.

Application: Weighing and transport of coils, cable drums, rods, pipes and other bulky raw materials.

•     Weight: 86 kg, with packing 103 kg
•     Standard radio remote control with 6 keys, 433 MHz, range up to 50m. Configurable by the customer as tare trigger or as remote keyboard.
•     Digital setup and calibration using a sample weight; directly adjustable from keyboard.
•     Operating temperature: -10/+80ºC with heat shield option (-10/+40ºC for CE-M calibrated model).
•     Programmable digital filter and automatic shut-off (battery-saving mode)
•     Long life rechargeable (run time of approx. 60 hours) and removable battery, Standard power supply 230 VAC 50Hz
