    Product information "Single point load cell H20A"

    The H20A is a high strength single point load cell with Dual beam system with a high natural frequency made from Aluminium. The load cell is suitable for low cost platform scales and weighing machines with accuracy class III.  
    The load cell H20A is approved to OIML R60 up to 3000 and gives extremely accurate reproducible results, over a long term even in harsh industrial environments. This ensures that there will be no measurement error when the load is placed off centre, eg in a corner of a platform. The load cell is potted and meets the requirements of protection class IP65.

    Typical Application

    harsh environment small platforms, Counting scales, check weighing, Postal scales, Wending machines,Industrial filling and dosing processes, medical scales and pharmaceutical process.

    Construction

    These load cells operate on the principle of the double cantilever beam and thus ensure accurate measurements. The design is insensitive to off-center force application and can be used for pushed and pulled forces. Threaded holes for attaching the sensor or the defined force introduction ease installation.

    Mounting

    The construction of a platform scale with this load cell is very simple. Two steel or aluminium plates of up to 300 x 400 mm are screwed on via the two screw-on surfaces at the top front or rear and at the bottom of the cable outlet.
    Parallel connection of several platform load cells is only possible with a balanced output (nominal characteristic value and output resistance).
