Big bag systems are used wherever bulk goods need to be filled or emptied quickly, easily and reliably.
The big bag scale is used to fill all fine- to coarse-grained materials.
Depending on requirements, the filling process can be controlled (coarse flow, fine flow, receipt impression after each batch run).
There are various ways to construct filling station scales for big bags:
Bottom scale / Top scale
Big bag filling station with floor scale or pallet scale. Gravimetric filling is achieved with the help of a floor scale or pallet scale and a dosing slide.
Frame version / lifting column version
The frame construction is economical and is recommended for Big -Bag heights up to 1,500 mm.
The lifting column makes it possible to dock containers of different heights. It is recommended for big bag heights between 1500-2200 mm as the support frame can be lowered to operating height.
