Product information "Double Shear Beam Load Cell D50S"

The D50S is a double shear beam load cell with a parallel load introduction made of high-quality alloy tool steel. This heavy-duty load cell is ideal for on-board weighing applications such as container weighing in vehicles, refuse collection vehicles and collection trucks with and without trailers.

This load cell is also suitable for chassis mounting, providing an integrated load monitoring solution for trucks, trailers, tippers and other vehicles transporting heavy loads.

As a vertical force sensor, the D50S delivers extremely precise and reproducible measurement results even in long-term use in harsh industrial environments. The load cell is laser-welded and meets the requirements of protection class IP65.

The heavy-duty load cell is largely insensitive to lateral forces and requires no additional links or mounting parts and is mechanically fixed in place.

Designed for load monitoring in industrial vehicles to ensure data acquisition and overload protection, it enables machine and container weighing even under vertical and horizontal loads or vibrations.
