By ordering DakkS calibration, delivery time increases by approx. 2 - 6 working days
(at DakkS Calibrations of accuracy class E around 20 - 25 working days).
Mass standards - class E1 made of polished stainless steel.
Mass standards - class E1 class are suitable for comparison measurements on Mass comparators and for quality assurance according to DIN EN ISO 9001ff. for scales with a division > 1,000,000 according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
These weights are used for the calibration and verification of class E2 weights and for high-precision weighing such as comparison measurements on Mass comparators.
For these E1 weights, the volume is also determined (according to OIML:R111) during the initial calibration.
E-class weights must be stored in a container. A padded aluminum case or plastic box can be ordered.
For a weight to be considered ISO 9000ff-compliant test equipment, its accuracy must be proven. This is possible with a suitable DAkkS calibration certificate, which you can order from us.
Characteristics E1 Mass standards
- OIML class: E1
- compliant with directive R111:2004 for weights
- Nominal load: 1 g - 20.000 g
- Design: Button shape with optimum grip on the head
- Optional: Container: padded aluminum case or padded plastic box with screw cap
- Optional: DAkkS test certificate
* Price for DAkkS calibration includes volume determination which must be carried out for initial calibration of E1 weights ≥ 1g.
Note on storing weights of classes E and F
Please note that individual weights and weight sets must be stored protected against wear or damage caused by impacts or shocks in accordance with DIN 8127-2007-11-OIML R 111-12004 (Chapter 14.2.1). This way you can ensure that the precision and accuracy of the weights is maintained in the long term.
Due to the very precise weight class, we strongly recommend a case for this weight.
Please order this separately for individual weights.
To protect the weights, you can choose between two padded storage options: | |
