Due to its low weight, a U-shaped weighing bridge is the ideal solution for simple, quick weighing at different locations. For convenient transport of the 40 kg weighing unit Pallet scales, the U-frame is equipped with a transport handle and two castors. In order to weigh pallets on the scales, it is not necessary to pull the pallet truck or the forklift tines out of the pallet. Simply lower the stacking goods base and place it on the U-structure. This pallet scale has been developed so that Euro pallets can be placed precisely on the frame of the U-shaped weighing bridge and weighed.
The combination of the weighing platform with the simple scale display is for simple weighing applications in the calibratable (scale display EWI-T) and non-verifiable (scale display GTE-T) area provided.

Setting up the pallet scale
The mobile pallet scale can be easily moved with the transport rollers.
The U shape of the calibrated pallet scale enables EU pallets to be placed conveniently by moving the pallet directly between the two bars with the lifting scale and placing it on the bars of the U-shaped weighing bridge .
Weighing technology - functions
The U-weighing bridge is equipped with four high-quality load cells.
The display device with a large 50 mm display is for clear weight determination and that Responsible for summing the weighing results. Taring can be carried out over the entire measuring range.
Power supply and interfaces
The U-weighing bridge is supplied as standard for mains operation (mains plug included). The optionally available rechargeable battery enables power-independent weighing. The optionally available serial RS-232 data interface allows bidirectional data transport of the weight data to a PC, printer or secondary display. Transmission cables, external secondary display or printer are available as accessories.
Construction
The very flat, powder-coated steel construction of the U-shaped weighing bridge is extremely robust. The high strength of the tubular frame enables the scale to have a maximum payload of 3 tons.
As with all Bosche scales, all cables for the load cells are protected in the frame.
The robust industrial plug of the pallet scale is protected and the quick-lock system of the connecting plug is guaranteed a quick and secure connection.
The scale platform is connected to the display with a 5 m long (length is variable) cable.
The display device can be attached to the wall with a bracket , or optionally supplied with a tripod.
