The pallet truck with integrated counting Scale is the ideal solution for quick and easy weighing and counting at different locations. Especially in logistics, the pallet truck scale is advantageous. The pallet trucks with scale are simple in use and handling. It is no longer necessary to remove the pallet from the pallet truck to weigh. Just pump up and read off the weight. The lift truck with scales is shipped fully assembled and adjusted.

Power supply and interfaces
The rechargeable battery allows for weighing without connection to the mains supply.
The battery life of approx. 40 hours (without printer) make the scales a most flexible working tool. The adjustable backlight and automatic display shut-down reduce power consumption from the battery.
Equipment - Optional
Optional integrated thermal printer for printing weight data is available.
An optional, rotating weight display ensures best ergonomics in the workplace. The weight is always in view.
The optional quick to change rechargeable battery allows an unproblematic shift operation.
Mobile Scale - Weighing technology
Four high-quality load cells integrated in the pallet truck subframe ensure the highest precision. These IP68 load cells are laser welded. The scale display MCI is in a robust aluminum housing with 22 numeric and function keys. On the three-part, 60 mm large, display number of pieces - piece weight - weight value are very well readable. The large keys have a noticeable pressure point and thus provide safety during operation. The scale electronics are protected against dust and water (IP67).
Construction
Particular attention has been paid to the chassis of the pallet truck cradle. A multi-reinforced, shock-resistant frame made of powder-coated steel makes this weighing pallet truck absolutely robust and stable. A closed compact hydraulic system has been installed in the frame, which is located in a break-proof steel housing. Bosche pallet truck scales have tandem load rollers as standard for better traversing of thresholds and obstacles. The 210° steering angle provides easy maneuvering. The pallet truck scale has a quick lift that can be engaged via the plastic covered ergonomic tiller handle. As with all Bosche scales, all cables and load cells are protected inside the frame.
The high quality MCI display with a 60 mm backlit display ensures optimal readability of the weight even in low light conditions.
