Product information "Plattform - Wägezelle H03A"
The H03A is an aluminium single-point platform load cell for low capacities up to 3 kg. As standard, H03A load cells are tested and optimized for corner load sensitivity. This ensures no measurement errors occur even when the scale is only loaded in one corner. The load cell sensor impresses with its high long-term stability and repeatability of measurement results. The measuring element is completely potted and meets protection class IP65, providing reliable protection against dust and moisture.

Small platform scales, bench scales, precision scales, retail scales, gravimetric filling systems (e.g. coffee machines, beverage filling systems) and fine-dosing systems.
Design
The H03A operates on the bending beam principle and is specially designed for small measuring ranges. The load body is made of aluminium, and the measuring element is completely potted. Thanks to the compensated corner load sensitivity, uniform measurement accuracy is achieved across the entire platform surface – even with off-centre loading. The robust design and IP65 protection class ensure reliable operation even under demanding operating conditions.

Mounting
The load must not be applied on the cable-connection side, as this can cause a parasitic force shunt.
The load cell is mounted via the screw-on surfaces at the top, front and rear as well as at the bottom using two steel or aluminium plates (max. 200 x 200 mm). Correct installation ensures precise measurement results and a long service life.
