The SWE is a small, compact scale display suitable for simple weighing applications. Combined with the right weighing platform, this scale display can cover an extremely wide weighing range. Its high flexibility allows us to respond to almost all customer requirements with a single device.

Functions of the Scale Display

• The weighing terminal comes standard with several functions:
• HIGH-LOW-GO function - weight limit control by entering a minimum and maximum weight.
• Animal weighing function - a special program that forms a stable average value for moving loads (restless animals) and enables precise weight determination
• Zero - tare functions – manual taring, gross/net
• Summation / addition of weights - up to 9,999 weighings.
• Peak / hold - peak value / hold function.
• Optional with battery operation

The weight display is housed in a robust aluminum case with protection class IP54. Operation is via a moisture-protected keyboard with 4 function keys. The large short-stroke keys have a noticeable pressure point, providing security when operating. The 30 mm large display with 4 high-contrast digits and status symbols is very well readable even from a greater distance. Under unfavorable lighting conditions, an LED backlight ensures good readability. The backlight is adjustable via a menu. The housing is mounted via VESA 50 and comes standard with a table/wall mount. An optional disk mount with suction cup can be ordered.

Operation

Intuitive operation is via the comfortable membrane keyboard, allowing even inexperienced personnel to operate it easily.

Interfaces - Communication

RS-232 or USB - optionally, the weighing terminal has a serial interface.
The optional data storage - all recorded weights can be stored in the device with date and time.
Subsequently, the values can be conveniently transferred to a USB stick via the optional USB interface (Master/Slave) and then evaluated on a PC with MS Excel. This tool is an excellent control option and provides an overview.

Power Supply

As standard, the display is powered via a plug-in power supply with 100-240V/50-60Hz.
Optionally, we offer an integrated 3.7V Li-Ion battery, which allows the scale to be used mobile for up to 30 hours (18 hours with backlight). The charging time is 6 hours.
The adjustable, automatic shutdown saves power.
