Product information "Weighing module V71N-MA"
The V71N-MA is a complete stainless steel weighing module for the V71N load cells. It was designed for weighing tank or silo systems in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The weighing module offers a uniform, compact and cost-effective solution over a very wide nominal load range from 250 kg up to 10 t.
The disc-shaped compression load cell V71N made of stainless steel, which is supplied with the module (the capacity of the load cell must be selected), ensures precise weighing.
The module consists of a base and cover plate made of stainless steel. There are two variants, the difference being in the size of the base plate. The weighing module is fixed at the ends by bolts on a stable base plate.
The module has an integrated lift-off protection as well as transverse force and moment-free force introduction. Due to the central, freely swinging force introduction, this compression load cell is largely insensitive to eccentric or lateral loads.
Areas of application
Weighing of containers, storage tanks and silos in the chemical industry, waste and recycling plants.
