Weighing pallet truck with printer HLS-DW 2500

The pallet truck scale is the ideal solution for complex weighing applications at different locations. With a total capacity of 2500 kg, and a division of 500 g, a precisely weight detection is guaranteed at any height. Especially in the warehouse, production and shipping the pallet truck scale is a great help as mobile weighing unit. (Control of incoming goods, determination of shipping weights, avoiding overloading). The pallet trucks with scale are simple in use and handling. It is no longer necessary to remove the pallets from the truck to weigh. Just pump up and read off the weight.

The weighing pallet truck is shipped fully assembled and adjusted.

An exchangeable battery system is required for the thermal printer, which is included in the scope of delivery.

Power supply and interfaces

Its rechargeable battery provides a self-powered weighing. The high endurance of the battery of about 40 hours (without printer) allows for flexible working. Adjustable backlight and Auto Power Off conserve battery power.

Mobile Scale - Weighing Technology 

Four high-quality load cells integrated into the pallet truck frame ensure the highest precision. These IP68-rated load cells are laser welded. The weight indicator GTW is equipped in a robust aluminum housing with 22 numerical and function keys. The 60 mm large display with 6 high-contrast digits and status symbols is also easily readable from a greater distance. The scale electronics are protected against dust and water (IP67).

Construction

Particular emphasis was placed on the chassis in the design of the weighing pallet trucks. A multiple reinforced, shock-resistant frame made of powder-coated steel makes this weighing pallet truck absolutely robust and stable. A closed compact hydraulic system was installed within the frame, housed in a shatterproof steel casing. Bosch pallet truck scales come standard with tandem load rollers for better negotiation of thresholds and obstacles. The 210° steering angle ensures easy maneuvering. The weighing pallet truck features a quick lift, which can be activated via the plastic-coated ergonomic handle. The high-quality multifunction display GTW with a 60 mm large, backlit display ensures optimal readability of the weight even in poor lighting conditions.
