The BOSCHE MCI weighing terminal is the central unit for a flexible counting system for piece counting in production, goods receipt, and inventory. By combining different platform sizes, a powerful counting scale solution is created for small parts up to pallet quantities—precise, efficient, and very easy to operate.
Features of the Counting System
- Software visualization (Windows): Piece counts and weights are displayed directly on a supplied or your own PC.
- Three-color LED traffic light: Clearly visible signals for weight and piece control (OK/Under/Over).
- Barcode integration: Can be used with a barcode reader for quick identification and data capture.
- Documentation via printer: Connection of a suitable printer via the RS-232 interface for printing weights and piece counts.
- Reference scale: Precise determination of the reference weight, e.g., with the weighing platform WP.
- Quantity scale: Reliable calculation of large total quantities, e.g., with the floor scale FSB.
