IBC Container Scale in Custom Sizes
The BOSCHE IBC scale is an industrial weighing solution for IBC containers (Intermediate Bulk Container, 800 l / 1000 l), CP1 and CP2 chemical pallets, and Euro pallets. The extra-wide U-frame with a side height of just 75 mm allows direct drive-under access with a pallet truck or forklift — no need to reposition the container.
Applications: weighing, filling, and labeling liquid and free-flowing substances in the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Available on request as legally for trade according to accuracy class III.

Application: IBC Containers, Drum Pallets, and Chemical Pallets
The IBC scale is suitable for weighing:
- IBC containers (800 l / 1,000 l) with liquid or free-flowing contents
- Drum pallets and pallet boxes in warehouse and production environments
- CP1 chemical pallets (1,200 × 1,000 mm) and CP2 chemical pallets (1,200 × 800 mm)
- Euro pallets (1,200 × 800 mm)
For use as a filling scale for IBC containers, we recommend combining it with a BOSCHE weighing transmitter — for recipe control, limit value monitoring, and PLC communication.
Setup and Handling
The U-shape allows direct drive-under access with a pallet truck or forklift. Retract the arms, lower the container — done. There's no need to withdraw the forklift forks.

Weighing Technology and Functions
The weighing platform is equipped with four high-quality load cells . The weight indicator handles weight display, tare input, and summation of partial results. Taring is possible across the entire measuring range; limit values for control weighing can be entered directly via the keypad.
