The HLS-E Touch combines the powerful support of an electric pallet truck with the functionality of an integrated scale. The combination of a high-performance drive, low-maintenance lithium-ion technology, and precise weighing technology makes this pallet truck an indispensable tool for internal transport and weighing processes.

Thanks to its compact design, the device is particularly suitable for use in tight spaces – such as in trucks, shipping areas, or for order picking. The electric drive support moves loads efficiently and with less physical strain, while the integrated scale provides accurate weight data in real-time. This not only saves time but also reduces errors and significantly simplifies process documentation and goods receipt control.

The scale is operated via a fanless, PC-based weighing terminal. It features a capacitive multi-touch screen and is equipped with a solid-state drive (SSD). This makes the system less susceptible to errors and allows operation under vibration. You thus receive a robust weighing PC system that can be used reliably even in demanding industrial environments.

The included, intuitive, and configurable software clearly displays all data at a glance. The collected weight data can be saved in ERP systems via WLAN using a CSV file or transferred to an SQL database.

Power supply and electronics

The robust electronics unit is weather-protected and ideal for demanding outdoor use – for example, during truck loading and unloading.

A powerful drive motor ensures excellent climbing ability, even under demanding conditions. The ergonomically designed control unit is intuitively usable by both left- and right-handed users. Lifting, lowering, and driving with continuously adjustable speed can be conveniently controlled.

The maintenance-free 48-volt lithium-ion battery features high energy density, short charging times, and a long lifespan. An external fast charger is included and enables interim charging – for maximum flexibility in everyday operations. An optional replacement battery is available, which can be swapped tool-free and intuitively within seconds.

Thanks to the fully electric design of the pallet truck, pallet handling is significantly facilitated. Your employees benefit from ergonomic support – while operational efficiency increases significantly.
