The HLS-E combines the powerful support of an electric pallet truck with the functionality of an integrated scale. The combination of a high-performance driving system, low-maintenance lithium-ion technology and precise weighing technology makes this pallet truck an indispensable tool for in-house transport and weighing processes.

Thanks to its compact design, the device is particularly well-suited for use in confined spaces – such as in trucks, in the shipping area or for order picking. With electric drive assistance, loads are moved gently and efficiently, while the integrated scale provides accurate weight data in real time. This not only saves time but also reduces errors and significantly simplifies process documentation and goods receipt control.

The electronics of this modern electric pallet truck are fully encapsulated and protected against external influences when loading and unloading trucks – ideal for use outdoors. The powerful drive motor ensures excellent climbing ability, even under demanding floor conditions.

The ergonomically designed control element is intuitively usable for both left- and right-handed operators. The controls allow precise and comfortable lifting, lowering, and stepless driving.

Flexible display technology for individual requirements

Three different display units are available for the electric pallet truck scale – GTW, and GTC – which can be optimally selected depending on the application and level of complexity.

GTW – The multifunction display for complex weighing scenarios: Offers functions such as check weighing, plus-minus and percentage weighing, as well as data storage. Supports two platforms, features many interfaces and a numeric keypad – optimal for documentation-intensive applications.	GTC – The specialized display for precise piece counting: Three separate displays for weight, piece weight and quantity. Enables precise counting with reference optimization, limit value control, and acoustic signal – ideal for warehouses, order picking, or inventory.

Power supply and interfaces

The maintenance-free 48-volt lithium-ion battery impresses with its high energy density, short charging times, and long service life. An external quick charger is included and also allows partial charging to ensure maximum availability. An optional exchangeable battery is available – tool-free replacement takes only a few seconds.
