Pallet scale with counting function
Due to its low weight, a pallet scale is the ideal solution for simple, quick weighing at different locations. To transport the 40 kg calibrated weight. The combination of the weighing platform with the simple scale display is for simple weighing applications in the calibratable (scale display MCI-T) and not calibratable (scale display GTC-T) area provided. The operation is intuitive and takes place via the comfortable membrane keyboard. This enables even untrained personnel to handle the weighing system safely. Entry of tare weight or limit values for check weighing is possible via the numeric keyboard.

Setting up the Palette scale ASP-C
The mobile pallet scale can be easily moved to different locations with the transport wheels.

Weighing technology - functions

Power supply and interfaces
The pallet counting scale is supplied as standard for mains operation (mains plug included). The optionally available rechargeable battery enables power-independent weighing.
The Serial RS-232 data interface allows bidirectional data transport of weight data to PC, printer or secondary display.
Transmission cable, external secondary display or printer are available as accessories.
Construction of the U-scale
The very flat, powder-coated steel construction of the U-shaped weighing bridge is extremely robust. The high strength of the tubular frame makes this possible The scale has a maximum payload of 3 tons.
As with all Bosche scales, the cables of the load cells are protected in the frame.
The robust industrial plug of the pallet scale is also protected ;stored and the quick lock system of the connectors guarantees a quick and secure connection.
The scale platform is connected to the display with a 5 m long (length is variable) cable.
The The scale display can also be separated from the platform on calibrated scales. This saves costs when changing a damaged cable, as recalibration is not necessary.
The display device can be attached to the wall with a bracket, or optionally supplied with a tripod.
