The verifiable roll-through counting scale DSI MC is a precise counting scale for fast counting equal weight parts. You can determine unknown quantities, check known quantities and commission. The scales of the Bosche RSI series are versatile. For space-saving the balance is delivered with a ramp as standard. A second optional ramp allows driving through the material to be weighed. Especially for weight determination of small mobile containers the roll-through scale is ideal suited. The raised edges of the weighing platform avoid sliding down of the sample. Via the numeric keypad a tare weight ( known weight of roll containers ) can be entered, so the scale only shows the actual weight. The combination of the weighing platform with the weighing display MCI is provided for counting applications in verifiable and non-verifiable area.

Installation
Basically, there are 2 design versions:
Weighing platform with 1 ramp: Particularly space-saving, suitable for weighing applications where the object should only be moved up and down. To prevent a drive-through a overrung guard can be ordered optionally.
Weighing platform with 2 ramps: Suitable for weighing applications, where a drive-through is necessary.
Weighing technology - Functions
The platforms are equipped with four high-quality load cells.
The counting display MCI has 3 illuminated displays for weight, unit weight and quantity. The counting display has a numerical keypad for setpoint value input (piece weight, quantity, tare).
Power supply and interfaces
The pallet scale is supplied for mains operation as standard (mains plug included). The optional rechargeable battery allows a self-powered weighing.
The RS 232 interface allows a bidirectional data transfer of weight data to a PC, printer or remote display. Transmission cable, external remote display or printer are available as an accessory.
The weighing platform is made of powder-coated steel. As with all BOSCHE scales, all the cables and load cells are protected inside of the frame.
The platform is connected to the indicator by a 5 m long cable (a longer cable connection can be used for non-verifiable scales).
The Display can be disconnected from frame even with verified weighing systems. This saves costs when changing a damages cable since a new verification is not necessary.
The indicator can be attached to the wall using a standard mount or installed on a table. A stand is available as an optional extra.
Platform size: The floor scales from the BOSCHE range are available in different sizes and weighing capacites.
Standard size: 1000 x 1500 mm.
Weighing capacity: 600 kg / 1500 kg.
Special scales with another weighing capacities or a larger platform are available on request
