Product information "Roll-through scale RSI C - Counting Scale"
They are ideally suited for weighing small mobile containers (e.g. in a laundry, wire cage trolleys, container trolleys, transport trolleys, roll containers or waste containers, etc.). These roll-through scales are often used as laundry scales for weighing laundry trolleys. The raised sides prevent the roll containers from falling off. The combination of the weighing platform with the high-quality multifunction indicator MWI is intended for complex weighing operations in legal for trade and non-legal for trade applications. Operation of the device via the membrane keypad is intuitive and easy to learn – even for untrained staff. A tare weight can be entered using the numeric keypad (known weight of the roll container) so that the scales then show the net weight.

Weighing Technology - Features
The platforms are fitted with four high-quality load cells.
The counting display MCI is equipped with three illuminated displays for weight, piece weight and quantity.
Numerical keypad for setpoint value input (piece weight, quantity, tare).
Power supply and interfaces
The floor scale is supplied as standard for mains operation (mains plug included). The optionally available rechargeable battery allows for power-independent weighing.
The serial RS 232 data interface allows bidirectional data transfer of the weight data to a PC, printer or second display.
Transmission cable, external second display (suitable for open points of sale) or printer are available as accessories.
Construction
The extremely flat weighing bridge made of powder-coated steel is extraordinarily robust and non-slip. It is equipped with four laser-welded load cells. The short and flat ramps are integrated into the weighing surface. This allows manual loading of the scale with less effort. The extremely robust construction has an increased load capacity. Transport rollers and handle make the drive-through scale particularly mobile.
The scale platform is connected to the MCI counting display with a 5 m long (a longer cable connection is possible for non-verifiable scales), steel-sheathed cable.
The scale display can be disconnected from the platform even with legal-for-trade scales. This saves costs when changing a damaged cable, as recalibration is not necessary.
The indicator can be wall-mounted with a bracket, placed on a table or optionally supplied with a tripod.
Platform size: The floor scales from the Bosche range are available in different platform sizes and weighing capacities.Standard sizes (without ramps and side edges) 800 x 800 mm, 1000 x 1000mm or 1200 x 1200 mm.A platform size individually manufactured according to customer requirements is also possible.
