Cast Iron Weighing Module with Central Load Introduction
The robust cast iron weighing module was specially developed for the easy integration of the laser-welded load cells K30S. A central feature is the precise load introduction via two hardened ball cups and a ball. This ensures accurate measurement results even under adverse conditions such as wind loads on silos or lateral forces on containers.
Robust Construction
The combination of ball, cup, and transverse link ensures stress-free force transmission. The transverse link reliably absorbs lateral forces and keeps the ball securely in place – even under loads from agitators or mixers. This maintains measurement accuracy even under the most demanding conditions.
On request, the module is delivered calibrated with a BOSCHE indicator, making it ready for immediate use.
