Stainless steel weighing module with central load introduction
The stainless steel weighing module enables the simple and problem-free integration of the laser-welded K30N load cells. A particular advantage of this module is the central load introduction, which takes place via two hardened ball sockets and a ball. Even with parasitic forces such as wind loads on silos or lateral forces on containers, the exact load introduction is guaranteed - for always precise measurement results.
Robust construction
The load introduction via ball and socket is supported by a tie rod, which ensures stress-free functionality. This rod absorbs lateral forces and secures the optimal positioning of the ball, thereby reliably decoupling loads caused by agitators or mixers.
The weighing module can be delivered fully calibrated with a BOSCHE display so that it is ready for use immediately.
