Counting equal-weight parts using scale-based counting systems is not only useful during stocktaking. Such systems are also the perfect solution for pick-and-pack operations in shipping preparation — for example, when counting nuts or bolts. The BOSCHE weighing table consists of a reference scale for determining the precise weight of a single part and a quantity scale on which large quantities can then be counted quickly. These two scales are connected into a complete counting system by the GTC counting display. The recorded data — such as weight, piece count, date, alibi number, or article number — can be transferred to a printer, PC, or a higher-level ERP system.
All weighing tables are manufactured to customer specifications, meaning that the table size and the positioning of the scales can be freely configured.
