Counting parts of equal weight using scale-based counting systems is not only useful for stocktaking. Such systems are also the perfect helpers in the preparation for dispatch when picking products such as nuts or screws. The BOSCHE weighing table consists of a reference scale for determining the exact weight of the individual part and a quantity scale on which high quantities can then be counted quickly. These two scales are connected by the MWI counting indicator to form a counting system. If goods are sold by weight, a verifiable counting system must be used. The determined data such as weight, number of pieces, date, alibi number or article number (if scanned) can be transmitted to a printer, PC or a higher-level merchandise management system.
All weighing tables are customised. This means that the table size and the position of the scales can be freely selected.
