Despite the very high nominal load these floor scales are oversized so that the robust construction have high reserves and thus an increased load capacity.

BOSCHE floor scale of the FSB L series
The floor scales of the BOSCHE FSB range are ideally suited for use in harsh industrial environments. The floor scales of the FSB series has been developed and manufactured in Germany and thereby contributes to right the certificate "Made in Germany".
The floor scale is intended for complex weighing operations in legal for trade and non-legal for trade applications
Due to their solid construction, floor scales are intended for stationary use.
Optionally, the floor scale can be supplied with ramps or a foundation frame for installation in the ground.
Weighing technology
The platforms are equipped with four high-quality, laser-welded load cells. Depending on the customer's requirements, different indicators can be connected for various applications.
Construction
The weighing bridge can be made of powder-coated steel or stainless steel. For safety reasons, this weighing bridge has been "oversized" so that it has an increased load-bearing capacity and rigidity due to its extremely robust construction. This greatly reduces any possible bending and significantly extends the life of the floor scale. As with all Bosche scales, all cables and load cells are protected in the frame. The scale platform is equipped with a 5 m long (length is variable) steel-sheathed cable.
Platform size: The platform size of this high-performance floor scale can be determined by the customer.
Weighing range: Special scales with a weighing range of up to 20 tonnes are possible.

Legal for trade - in plastic housing
Overhead platform with ramps for floor scales
Suitable for businesses using pallet trucks. Depending on requirements, one ramp for driving onto or two ramps for driving through can be selected.
Not suitable for use with forklifts or electric/low-lift pallet trucks (pallet jacks).
The ramp is available to fit standard floor scales and is offered in the following sizes (width × depth):
- 800 × 760 mm
- 1000 × 760 mm
- 1200 × 760 mm
- 1500 × 760 mm
Depending on the operating environment, versions made of powder-coated steel or stainless steel are available.
Installation example: A combination of ramp, override guard, and impact protection safeguards the scale from Damage.

Drawing
Damage to floor scales, e.g. due to a forklift truck accidentally driving over the scales, can easily be prevented via this bumper guard.
The installation of the protection strips is simple:
- Position the shock protection next to the platform (the platform must not be touched)
- Mark up the holes for drilling
- Drill the holes and fasten the bumper guard with anchoring bolts
