The D15N-MF weighing module enables precise weighing of silos, tanks, and containers and is specifically designed for use in both existing and new installations.
Weighing module for silos, tanks and containers – precise weighing and easy retrofitting
The D15N-MF weighing module has been developed for reliable level monitoring and weighing of a wide range of media such as liquids, powders, and bulk solids. It helps you accurately monitor inventory levels, optimize processes, and reduce material losses.
Thanks to the “Full Integration” concept, the weighing module is fully integrated into existing structures using adapter plates. Especially in existing installations, this offers a major advantage: existing anchor bolts and foundation hole patterns can continue to be used. This allows efficient retrofitting of silos without complex foundation work or additional concrete measures.
Design and operating principle of the D15N-MF weighing module
The weighing module consists of a high-quality stainless steel load cell, a load introduction unit, and a robust base mounting assembly. Installation is carried out directly between the foundation and the container foot.
The load cell modules are connected via the supplied junction boxes to a weighing indicator of your choice. Optionally, the system can be pre-calibrated at the factory (please order calibration separately) and is therefore ready for immediate use after installation.
The laser-welded stainless steel load cells are durable, robust, and comply with protection class IP66.

Compatibility and installation with adapter plates
The weighing modules can be integrated into silos and containers from various manufacturers using adapter plates, e.g. Choretime, Polem, Roxell or Cordoba. They are also ideally suited for GRP silos, such as those from Mertens, Polem or Agritech.
The adapter plates enable precise integration into existing hole patterns and structures and form the basis for cost-effective retrofitting without structural modifications to the foundation.
Important note: For the design of the adapter plate, we require the hole pattern and the dimensions of the silo foot, as the lift-off protection is individually adapted.
Weighing technology and system integration
A range of indicators offers versatile options for visualization and further processing of measured weights. BOSCHE weighing systems stand for maximum precision, reliability, and durability.
The complete system can be delivered fully calibrated with a BOSCHE indicator and is therefore ready for immediate use.
Connection cable with 7/8” connectorThe large-dimensioned 7/8" connectors significantly simplify installation and maintenance. Compared to open cable ends with terminal strips, installation effort is greatly reduced. The robust design ensures a reliable and long-lasting connection – ideal for industrial applications. |

Technical note
The BOSCHE weighing modules and adapter plates are structurally and statically designed. However, suitability for the respective silo structure, foundation, and installation situation must be verified on a project-specific basis and is the responsibility of the operator or the responsible engineer.
We are happy to provide structural calculations for BOSCHE weighing modules upon request. Installation and commissioning may only be carried out by qualified personnel. Suitable concrete anchors must be checked and provided by the customer.
