Liquids, powders, solids and gases are stored and processed in tanks and containers of all kinds. Weighing helps to monitor inventory levels, ensure production quality and avoid waste. The silo scale modules are ideal for level control and precise weighing during removal.
The D15N-MS is a weighing module for the construction of container, tank and silo scales. The system consists of a stainless steel load cell, a load introduction and a floor console. The load cell modules only need to be connected to a scale display of your choice using the terminal boxes provided. If desired, the container scale can be pre-calibrated at the factory (please order calibration separately) and is then ready for use immediately after installation. The weighing modules are installed directly between the foundation and the container base.
The load cells are made of high-quality stainless steel. The measuring element is laser-welded and corresponds to protection class IP66.

Construction
The weighing modules are compatible with silos and containers from various manufacturers, such as Choretime, Polem, Roxell or Cordoba, using an adapter plate. They are ideal for GRP silos, such as those offered by Mertens, Polem or Agritech.
Important note: For the adapter plate, we need the hole pattern and dimensions of the silo base, as the anti-lifting device is individually adjusted.
Weighing technology
A selection of display devices enables versatile options for visualizing and further processing the measured weights. Laser-welded stainless steel load cells ensure maximum precision when weighing. BOSCHE silo scales are ideal for monitoring fill levels and offer a robust, reliable and long-lasting system thanks to first-class workmanship and high-quality materials.
The weighing system can be delivered fully calibrated with a BOSCHE display device after the components have been assembled and is ready for use immediately.
Connection cable with 7/8" plugThe comparatively large dimensions of the 7/8" connectors make installation and maintenance much easier. This clearly distinguishes them from the more compact M12 connectors, which are also used in this application area. Thanks to their high reliability and durability, 7/8" connectors are particularly suitable for industrial applications where robust and long-lasting connections are required. |
