Maximum Precision and Stability

The D15N-MS weighing modules with integrated shear beam load cell are statically calculated and ensure accurate weight detection even under demanding conditions. The modular stainless-steel housing with pendulum bearing is designed for loads up to 50 t per module and is suitable for both static and dynamic applications—e.g., in silos or heavy machinery.

The load cells used are made of high-grade stainless steel, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh environmental conditions. They are corrosion-resistant, durable, and ideal for continuous use in agriculture, industry, and logistics.

Note: The scale kit is available for applications with either 4 or 6 weighing modules or feet.

Central Connection via the JBD Junction Box

The load cells are combined in the JBD connection box, which is designed for the parallel connection of up to six load cells, depending on the model. The robust aluminum housing offers the highest quality and is also suitable for harsh environmental conditions thanks to its IP67 protection class. At the same time, precise signal processing ensures reliable and coordinated measurement results.

Intuitive Display with the CSS Indicator

The CSS indicator provides clearly legible weighing data on a backlit LCD. Interfaces such as RS232 and USB enable flexible system integration. Functions such as tare, gross/net, totaling, as well as control of printers or signal lamps, make it the ideal control center. The CSS is powered at 230 V and supplies power to all other system components.

IoT Connectivity for Real-Time Data

The BOSCHE IoT gateway enables secure LTE transmission of weight data directly to the BOSCHE Cloud or customer-specific systems. The required hardware—including an integrated SIM card—is already built into the CSS indicator and ready to use. This gives you worldwide access to your weighing information—ideal for integration with ERP, MES, or WMS systems.

Typical applications include silo level monitoring, remote monitoring of containers, or automated reordering. Via the BOSCHE Cloud, users can access real-time data on smartphones, tablets, or PCs, define alarms for threshold violations, and view weight histories—plug & play for connected weighing processes.

Efficient Data Transmission

To reduce data volume and energy consumption, a weight value is only transmitted if it has not changed for at least two minutes. Changes within this period do not trigger transmission.
